2) Speed of service is on "best effort"basis.
3) Service is subject to availability and technical testing.
4) The monthly subscription fee for this promotion package is RM77 for the first 24 months and thereafter is RM88. However, the customers who are using TM home prepaid line will be charged at RM95 for the first 24 months and thereafter is RM106.
5) The 1st bill received will include an installation fee of RM88 (if applicable),a one-time service activation fee of RM75, a one-month subscription fee (from activation date)and an advance charge of the second month subscription fee.
6) The minimum subscription period of this promotion package is 24 months.
7) Customers are NOT allowed to downgrade during the minimum subscription period.If customers terminate within the minimum subscription period,the remaining balance will be charged and customer is required to return the modem.
8) Modem warranty period is 12 months.
9) FREE items is subject to a limited period.
10) FREE 100 Samsung MP3 Players to be given for every 350th subscriber.TM will notify the lucky customers to arrange for delivery.
11) Customers must provide a valid e-mail address during registration for e-mail notifications on the free services.
12) 7 days auto account activation is applicable to Streamyx In-A-Box package.
13) This special package is valid for NEW & SUCCESSFUL applications under RESIDENTIAL category only.
